John E. McCausland, Inc. warrants each new McCausland product manufactured and sold by them to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year, or 2000 hours, whichever occurs first.

It is understood that John E. McCausland, Inc. warrants only the products and accessories manufactured by John E. McCausland, Inc.  We make no warranty with respect to the engine, hydraulic components, or electrical control equipment.  All other products not manufactured by John E. McCausland, Inc.  are subject to the warranties of their respective manufacturers.

This warranty does not obligate John E. McCausland, Inc. to bear the cost of labor or transportation charges in connection with the replacement or repair of defective parts.  Nor shall it apply to any product upon which repairs or alterations have been made, unless authorized by John E. McCausland, Inc. or their authorized agent.

John E. McCausland, Inc. shall in no event be liable for consequential damages or contingent liabilities arising out of failure of any product, its power unit or their accessories to operate properly.

No express, implied or statutory warranty other than herein set forth is made, or authorized to be made.
