  At the forefront of technology, John E. McCausland pumping systems provide a superior solution to almost any pumping operation.  With the most flexible product line in the industry, each system consists of a power unit that operates a variety of hydraulic submersible pumps.  The power unit can be located away from the work area and therefore out of danger in applications that may run the risk of cave-ins, unexpected flooding, explosive or conductive environments.

  Customers may select from a variety of power unit/submersible pump combinations depending upon the specific requirements of the job - such as high volume, high head, non-clog sewage by-pass, slurries, sand, sludge, etc. 

  The availability of McCausland pumping systems is just as flexible.  Customers have the option either to purchase or rent.

  Compared with conventional centrifugal pumps, McCausland Systems offer the following features:

• Overcome the conventional pump limitations of 25 feet or less suction lift.
• Can be placed directly at the source.
• May be installed vertically, horizontally, or at any angle.
• Will run in the "dry" without damage since the pump is lubricated by fluid drive oil.
• Light weight and easy to transport.
• No packing glands, foot valves, strainers or suction hoses.
• Variable engine speed capability meters the flow in a constant speed pump.
