Boosters, Divers & Transfer Pumps

Boosters: 4", 6", 8" and 10"
Divers & Transfer: 4" and 6"

The McCausland line of specialty pumps vary in discharge sizes as well as special application usage.  The Booster, Divers and Transfer Pumps are constructed in the same manner as the pump pictured on this page.  The difference being application usage.

These pumps in any size can be used for in-line Booster Pumps where excessive discharge distances as well as high volume flows are required.

This pump design can also perform extremely well in a classic submersible role implying that it would make a great Divers Pump, it did perform as expected and today is very popular among the diving industry due to ease of use, performance and great trash and solids handling capabilities all in a small maneuverable package.

These pumps can also be used as Transfer Pump incorporating a standard 150 Lbs. Flange on the suction side.  These pumps can be mounted directly to the side of a tank for product transfer.  These pumps in the 4" sizes are very popular in the fuel tank farm industry and can be supplied with a Bronze impeller for non-spark hazard applications.

The 4" Booster, Divers and Transfer pumps are designed like all McCausland pumps to provide dependable performance and safe operation of either short or extended use.  This pump has some outstanding features including:

The Ability
to run in
the dry

No more 24 Hr. operators, or destroyed pumps

Power Unit can be located remotely
No more having to work the job around the pump

No Suction
Lift

This Pump can be manufactured from 304 or 316 Stainless Steel for use in corrosive environments such as caustics, acids and seawater.

This line specialty of pumps has been very popular among many of our customers serving several different industries.  By using a varied assortment of adapters the applications are endless.  These pumps follow the same flow curve as our Trash pump models in the 4 and 6 inch sizes with the same solids handling and head and volume capabilities that are shown on their individual specification sheets.

We can supply our customers with more specific information on this line of pumps upon request.
